For the chocolate frosting
1. frosting……………………………………………………..500gm
2. bitter chocolate…………………………………………….100gm
3. butter, cut into cubes……………………………………….40gm
4. icing sugar, sieved………………………………………….300 gm
5. Salt…………………………………………………………to taste
6. vanilla essence…………………………………………….1 tsp
7. milk……………………………………………………….5 tblsp
Method:
1. sieve the flour and salt together. Dissolove the yeast in the milk and water.
2. Put 150gm flour and a tblsp of caster sugar in a bowl and add the dissoloved yeast to it.
3. Mix to a smooth paste and leave to rise for 20 minutes.
4. When the batter has risen, start incorporating small pieces of butter by hand till all the butter has been used up.
